Valley had "a lot" of unforced turnovers.....No hustle at all....Even some of the Valley people said that something was going internal with the team. They only dressed 9 players the first half. The second leading scorer in the game for Valley (Vacha Vaughn) only "dressed" the second half. They also said that one of their better players ( Jordan Wright) had been put off the team.

Jordan Washington. But yeah when you take away points like that from a young team well you see the results. We had Kelly (a freshman guard) starting at forward instead of Love or Bargman. We managed to compete against TSU in Greenwood because they didn't have their best player either but at this point in the season everyone who has payed attention to Valley has seen we have competed since the TSU game even in the losses against the best teams. JSU might have improved but they're not a +39 turnaround better without outside factors. There was a complete drop off between Monday and Saturday.

Take a look at the box scores at the first game http://espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=400591050 and then look at the starters for yesterday http://espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=400591056.

All we can do is play the team on the floor. The JSU team you saw yesterday is much improved over the one you beat a few weeks ago. Looking at the box score, 2 of our main contributors from yesterday didn't play the first game. Don't overlook that fact.

Also our top scorer and rebounder from the first game didn't play yesterday.

jSU has the best post player in the conference, but they don't know how to use him lol. JSU is talented, but their coach is average.

We do? Our average coach brought in all those players. He overhauled the entire roster in 2 yrs.

Swac basketball coaching is not bad at all. I give the conference credit for making decent hires over the past few years.
