Oregon vs OSU

I do not have a rooting interest. I am not rooting for either team.

I think that Ohio State is the better team pound for pound, and they are winning the game at the line of scrimmage-most important. If they stop the turnovers, this game maybe over by the start of the fourth quarter.

BTW the OSU defense is doing much better against Oregon that the FSU defense did. (Auburn and LSU did much better against Oregon's offense.) The Seminoles would have had a hard time stopping the Ducks with or without the turnovers.

Woody Hayes is loving this.

Jones chose Ohio St. over Toledo.

Yeah he was over weight and had to get his academics together. He came from the Glenville pipeline coached by Ted Ginn Sr. So you knew he was going follow Troy Smith and Teddy Jr like those kids from there do to Ohio State.

Quick Notes

>Urban has his boys tackling the football. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a big turnover in the second half.
> C. Jones played the first half like a polished veteran.
> Oregon's QB seemed to have gotten out of rhythm as the first half progressed.
> It's a 4 quarter ball game. Ohio State better not go to sleep.

Good analysis. Oregon is too explosive to sleep on. Urban will need to dial up some points on the first drive of the 3rd qtr. 7 points preferred.

I was nervous about this game with so many youngsters out there for Ohio State and the pace Oregon goes at. Definitely proud of how they played in the first half. Now just got to finish the job. Will not be easy by no means.

Yeah, Oregon is a scary team to go against, but if you can control the pace of the game, you can get them out of rhythm and force them into mistakes. (see the games against Stanford before this season)

Yeah. You also have to be aggressive against them. We need to keep running to open up the pass.

I still think that OSU is the better team pound for pound. They can put away Oregon.

I remember the highlights of those games.

I know Winston is like see it don't only happen to me. I feel like I am watching one of those Buffalo Wild Wings commercial were they control the game to extend it. Lol. Twilight zone send help.

This is nothing new. Oregon's defense always generates a ton of turnovers. Without those drops they'd be up by a few scores.
