Dude, your su colleague brought up Tenn. State, not me. JSU holds it's own against them, but you can't come close to saying that.

Post how many years su has been in the SWAC and post how many overall titles they have verses how many years JSU has been in the SWAC and how many titles we have. Now THAT will tell the story rather than a mere ten year span.
su has been in the SWAC 55 years. JSU has been in the SWAC 15 less years and has one less SWAC title.
Now let that marinate in your brain cells before you respond.:emlaugh:

Jayrob you never learn. SU wasn't playing their real offense or defense against Nwstrn. They were hiding their team from PV :rolleye:
 
Now you're locked in for the next three or four years with an unsmart coach who lucked up to win the West with a weak PB, PV, Grambling and overall weak SWAC. You just been sold a bill of goods you'll come to regret next year, year after and year after that.

They gave all that money and all those years to a coach as uuuuuh unsmart as Odums. They thought somebody else wanted him. Trust me don't nobody want odums. They saw what we saw. You lose to THAT guy your ass is fired. Not only did they not have to give him a raise they could have cut his salary and his ass would be right there in BR. They could've cut his salary and started a golf team or reinstated those cut programs like every other school in the SWAC has.

Do black ADs goto college or something?

The jsu fan base is like that bad child in the neighborhood that throw bricks and hide their hands. You will always hear a lot of empty bucket noise and Monday morning commentary. However, when the rubber hits the road they have 1 chamionship in 17 years and basically are road kill in championship games. Sure they may when a few games when they don't count for anything, but in big games your band may as well strike up that famous 2nd line tune (Do What You Wanna) because jsu will be in the fetal position ready for the opponent to leave tire marks on then (road kill)....

He can't get the other cut programs reinstated and he doesn't even seem to be concerned about those programs being reinstated, yet he's supposed to be one of the best in the SWAC? Please.
When he gets those other poor programs reinstated, that'll be a sign of his authenticity as a legit AD.

jsu and their fan base is just like that little loud mouth kid in the neighborhood that always talk trash and get beatdown when it counts. Sure the kid will get in a few punches (lucky or not) but ultimately will lose. See jsu 2013 football season for the lastest confirmation.....And they are always looking for a scape goat (see Comegy and Kendrick).......
 
I know one school that was the recipient of the big bully for 9 straight years but happened to get in ONE good punch and forgot about the other nine loser seasons. Again, I guess it don't take much to please those who have lower standards.

Right now, Odums is the best su can do.
