As a matter of fact, Kansas was suspect doing that time before Larry Brown took over and brought Danny Manning and his Daddy over from the state of North Carolina to Kansas. Dean Smith basically help save his alma mater twice now. LOL. First with Larry B and then with Roy Williams. When Kansas got back on track, Wichita State took a dip in their success. Good to see them back.

The first time I ever heard of WSU was during the CWS when they had Darren Dreifort, Doug Mirabelli and Casey Blake (all MLB players). I caught a couple of their games in the 90s on regional cable broadcasts.

LOL @ Beans. Man let them play. I used to be a big Louisville fan when Denny Crum coached. I like this team. But since the Shockers beat my Buckeyes I kind of have wanted to see them get to the Final game. Although I rather see a Michigan vs Louisville game for the title. Just glad this turned out to be a game after everyone predicted a blowout.
 
JR, I really don't care but let the guys play. Don't call a one sided game. Let the players play physical or call all the fouls even.

I really don't care either who wins. I just want to see the two best teams meet and be entertained. I don't see where the refs are doing a bad job. Everything isn't a conspiracy. :lol: :emlaugh:

You know how it is on here Jrock. LOL. I am actually liking that NCAA basketball is getting even more competitive. They said this was the first Final Four since 1985 without a North Carolina, Duke, UCLA, Kansas, Kentucky or Indiana team not participating.

Not really. Those kids want to play and with most of the South not named Duke, North Carolina, Florida and Kentucky has sucked in basketball lately. Especially in the state of Alabama and Ga. Ga Tech used to be pretty good at getting players and I don't know what happened to UGA. Don't know how highly recruited those kids were either. Maybe they got passed over by SEC and ACC teams. I saw a kid win the dunk contest in HS today that is heading to Ga State. I was like wow is that kid really going there? He looks like he could be the real deal too.

Unlike football, kids in the South are not wed to staying close to home, especially since there are no dominant programs close to a lot of these kids. Look at how Kansas recruits. Usually get kids from all over the country. Lawrence Kansas ain't exactly Miami Florida. LOL.

Nah it was a tie up. They call it quickly. I probably wouldn't have blown the whistle so fast. Refs didn't call the game badly. They just let them play for the most part. Just a few calls that could have gone the other way. Wichita State just outplayed Louisville for most of the game until Louisville white boys took over. LOL.

No kidding. Florida would have been a much different team with Bradley Beal back for a 2nd year. Imagine Kentucky having all of those dudes back for a 2nd year.

Not until the NCAA makes scholarships true four-year agreements instead of one-year renewable at the coaches' discretion.
