Well, you can assume that there was someone/something else all you want but when they go to court, they better have a name and some proof. If there is some validity to you all's arguments, then you would not have to make stuff up.
As for Robber and other TSPN lawyers telling us this or that, that is laughable. Ya'll acting like these dudes have already won in court. They can file all they want but they will lose. The NCAA had a right to throw Penn State out of the entire organization for GROSSLY disobeying the NCAA code of ethics for coaches, administrators and universities. There is no way around that. No one has said that Penn State football violated any NCAA competitive sanctions (which many can argue that keeping Joe Pa on the sideline is a competitive/recruiting advantage) this will be about ethics and how the football program funneled this. It's just like money laundering, the establishment gets shut down whether the employees there knew about it or not.
I don't even see this getting to trial. Those dudes may as well face the fact that the NCAA will NEVER let Joe Pa be the face of college football.
And if ya'll think that board is going to back these seven athletes, ya'll crazy. If ya'll think the President didn't have Penn State lawyers review everything before he signed, ya'll crazy. That board is not trying to have another investagtion. The NCAA did not have to follow previous protocols because this type of case was a new precedent and it was not about rules violations. It was about ethics violation and the report that Penn State PAID for, was all the evidence the NCAA needed.
