Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Nathan Fisher is the most high powered and expensive attorney in Louisiana.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

The real deal here is how the horn was blown. If you tap the horn that is a friendly way of getting people to move, however if you blow it with road rage intensive you are saying GTF out of the way, you are going to get a good arse whipping. You don't blow at folks these days.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Youthful indiscretion....boys being boys....all the cliches to lesson the seriousness.

That was the exact thing some of the LSU fans were saying, and asking why it was making such big news. Rewind back a few days when the heat was on Oregon, LSU fans were calling for suspensions and everything.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Looks like the NCAA will be slapping the "lack of instituion control" on them purple and yellow boys down there. Good bye Les!!!!

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

They are going to give them a free pass.

1. This is why I keep my doors locked. How they pull them boys out the car?
2. When the driver saw the FOOTBALL PLAYERS (everybody knew who they were) coming towards the car and trying to get in the car he should have ran their asses over.

Just like that football player that died when attacking those valet drivers in NY with his dad. Got himself stabbed being the aggressor.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

So do yall want the players to go to jail or something

Whatever the LAW says is what I want. What I DO NOT want is them getting a pass simply because they happen to play in Tiger Stadium.

We all know they are going to get a slap on the wrist.

I'm thinking about the Oregon game. Depending on who gets suspended, that goes from a good game to an Oregon rout.

But would it be ok if they played on the bluff??

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

My exact point right here.
They would get in trouble anyway. But just because you play in Tiger Stadium, the Big House, Bryant Denny, the Swamp, or Autzen should not mean you get a free pass. I don't care where they play. If you do things like that then you need to be penalized.

But one school (SWAC) had a player who robbed a bank and everyone said he should be penalized (which was going to be him getting kicked off the team) but people from that school said something about he deserve a 2nd chance. But oh well, to each its own. Let them continue to beat up people and not get punished for it. :smh:

Robbing a bank and getting to a fight in a club is two totally different thing your a Soph in college i believe let say some one shoves you and you have to fight in the club should I want you to be put under the jail cause you an SU student or say it happened a slap on wrist and you learned from what happened. Now if this had just been four regular students would them fighting in the club get this much attention.

Yeah ok but pulling someone out their car and and beating them after they blow at you is unacceptable. Yeah, lets give them a free pass. Besides, its a difference between being 4 regular students at a school especially an SEC school and 4 student athletes at an SEC school. They are going to get attention. Let's say Ingram, McElroy, Richardson and Cody did the same thing at Alabama, you think the media is not going to make it public? If they were 4 regular students, it wouldn't even be on the news.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Bama State expelled four football players from school for fighting. Two were starters and two were backups.

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Fisher is the LSU school attorney. If the players had gone out to get their own attorneys the NCAA would have been in there questioning how they were paying for it or why it was pro-bono (illegal benefit).

Re: BRPD: LSU football players may be involved in bar fight

Glad you picked up on this.
He also got Ryan Perriloux out of all that trouble he use to get in, including pulling a gun on someone @ the Varsity. The other attorney is probably shaking in his boots, as he is a insurance lawyer lol.
