Didn't I tell you before KC was going to drop two straight to quality teams?!?!
You going to learn man...
The Chiefs did lose two games to quality opponents in consecutive weeks. However, their defense frustrated Peyton Manning and the Colts offense all game. Indianapolis usually is flawless at home, but needed a Mike Hart (yes, that Mike Hart) rushing touchdown late in regulation to win. Dwayne Bowe does not drop a touchdown pass in the third quarter, and KC probably wins that game.
The Houston game was one the Chiefs should have won. Up by 10 midway through the fourth quarter, Matt Shaub and the Texans make plays to win. Bottom line. Even though Kansas City lost those two games, they showed some resolve on the road. The Chiefs have proven to be a good team with a lot of solid young talent on both sides of ball. I think that squad has a really good shot at making the playoffs.
