For some strange reason I don't see that happening to Lebron.. well we both know it NEVER happened to MJ...

The same folks who watch Kobe and LJ. Anybody that loves bball knows Anthony can straight up ball. The NBA makes no attempt to market Anthony. The Nuggets get no Sunday games. Denver is a much bigger sports market than Cleveland.

Carmello had never gotten out of the first round that's why. Plus his thuggish image wasn't appealing to probable investors.

His image is more appealing now, since he got rid of those corn rows and he's gotten out of the first round, so look for more endorsements.

Plus he's learning how to play defense. He and Lebron learned a lot from Kobe during their time together during the Olympic training and competition. Both admitted it.

Then, how come Artest got thrown out of the game for moving kobe like a chess piece? I didn't see Melo get thrown out. In fact, I don't ever remember Jordan gett'n thrown out for that either?

Jordan is the greatest to play the game...but he was never required to guard the other team's top scorer for extended periods. I remember them playing Portland in the Finals. In the first game, he drew Drexler for about 4 trips down the court and it was obvious that he couldn't stop Drexler in the post and picked up a quick foul or two. Same thing on the other end cuz Drexler picked up some quick fouls guarding Jordan. At least Phil Jackson was smart enuff to switch Pippen on Drexler... Adelman left Drexler on Jordan and had to sit him early with 3 fouls. I think that's the night Jordan had 40 plus but Drexler also was in the high 30's. Point being... Jordan rarely (if ever) played against 2 guards that would take him inside. Kobe is forced to play the taller Melo in the post because everyone else is getting abused...(worser than Kobe) who is also being abused.

Point being #2: Melo would whup LeBron's azz down there the same way... the difference is that Kobe can guard Chauncey Billups and JR Smith on the perimeter...LeBron would be eaten alive by those two guards.

Put Odumb on Carmello and let Bynum play big minutes, especially when he's focused. I still say if Bynum's in the game, all those offensive rebounds by Carmello and Martin don't happen. Jackson coached dumb yesterday, just dumb.

I have no idea why Jackson sat Bynum in the second half, but let Walton play big minutes. It's as if he was coaching to lose the game......seriously.:smh:

For all you folks constantly harping on Kobe, name ONE player whose more passionate about winning, who gets on his teammates for half stepping, who gets up at 4 in the morning to practice on his game, whose the last one to leave the gym, whose upset when he has a bad game, whose upset at himself when he doesn't hit the winning shot, whose upset when the front office doesn't make a trade when they should've to make the team better, who plays with heart, who constantly tries to improve his game, who studies the game, whose studies NBA history.

With all biased bull aside, name ONE player, currently in the NBA, who has that kind of passion and works for his salary as hard as Kobe every game on both ends of the court.

There are few players who do that. Whether you like him or not......KG plays with passion and plays both ends of the court. Folks discounted him last season but look what happened to Boston when he got hurt and missed the playoffs. He obviously aint the scorer or shooter as Kobe is. But dude plays hard as Kobe does when he is healthy.

I think DWade plays hard and with a passion as well. Dude sacrifices his body big time and he also has that killer instinct.
