The 2013 State Fair Classic press conference was held Monday in the Flag Room at Dallas City Hall. The annual press conference kick starts a week long slate of activities that conclude with the State Fair Classic football game featuring Grambling State and Prairie View A&M.
This year the game has a new start time of 4:30pm and will be played at the Cotton Bowl on the fairgrounds of the State Fair of Texas.
