Tremaine Jackson’s association with Prairie View football already has the program No. 1 in the SWAC.
According to the most recent 247Sports recruiting rankings, the Panthers have the top 2025 class in the conference.
Prairie View jumped to No. 1 this cycle after being ranked outside the top 5 in 2024.
The Panthers were followed by Texas Southern (No. 2), Florida A&M (No. 3), Alcorn State (No. 4) and Alabama State at No. 5.

Prairie View’s 2025 class consists of three 3-star players from a crop of 21 overall recruits, including Bay City, Texas wide receiver Xylan Williams, Troy transfer safety Darrell Starling, and 4-star UMass transfer running back Brandon Campbell.
