DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Angel Golden and Emily Williams each scored 20 points as Bethune-Cookman remained unbeaten in MEAC play with a 60-45 victory over Norfolk Monday evening in Historic Moore Gym.

Hampton 62, North Carolina Central 53

DURHAM, N.C. — Senior Mikayla Sayle scored a career-high 17 points to lead four in double figures as Hampton defeated North Carolina Central 62-53 on Monday night in McDougald-McLendon Arena.

North Carolina A&T State 75, Delaware State 55

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Cinia McCray and C’Coriea Foy each had 14 points to lead North Carolina A&T State to a 75-55 win over Delaware State in Corbett Sports Center on Monday.

Howard 68, Morgan State 61

BALTIMORE, Md. — Jayla Thornton’s 15 points led three Bison in double figures on Monday, as Howard defeated Morgan State 68-61 in Hill Field House.

Maryland Eastern Shore 87, Florida A&M 70

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. — Maryland Eastern Shore saw five players score in double figures, led by Jordyn Smith’s 22 points, in an 87-70 win over Florida A&M on Monday in the W.P. Hytche Athletic Center.

South Carolina State 67, Coppin State 65 (OT)

ORANGEBURG, S.C. — South Carolina State outscored Coppin State 4-2 in the extra period to complete its biggest comeback win of the season with a 67-65 overtime triumph Monday night.

Savannah State 79, Allen (S.C.) 41

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Kaylee Allen dropped 20 points on Monday as Savannah State defeated Allen (S.C.) 79-41 in Tiger Arena in the team’s non-conference finale.

Norfolk State 83, Bethune-Cookman 79

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Senior Preston Bungei tallied a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Norfolk State men’s basketball team to an 83-79 win over Bethune-Cookman in a foul-plagued MEAC contest on Monday night at Moore Gymnasium.

Hampton 86, N.C. Central 70

DURHAM, N.C. – Behind a 25-point, nine-rebound and eight-assist performance from Jermaine Marrow. the Hampton Pirates knocked off defending Mid Eastern Athletic Conference champion N.C. Central 86-70 on Monday night.

North Carolina A&T 54, Delaware State 51

GREENSBORO, N.C. – North Carolina A&T State fought off a pesky Delaware State squad as a potential game-tying three-pointer fell short at the buzzer on Monday night.

Morgan State 97, Howard 61

BALTIMORE, Md. – Tiwian Kendley scored 27 points and Phillip Carr had his 12th double-double of the season to help Morgan State beat Howard 97-61 on Monday night.

Maryland Eastern Shore 87, Florida A&M 70

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Logan McIntosh scored 13 points Monday night and hit two free throws with 6.4 seconds left to lead Maryland-Eastern Shore over Florida A&M.

Coppin State 84, South Carolina State 60
