A bomb threat at Mississippi Valley State has forced the cancellation of men’s and women’s basketball games and the relocation of others.
The Devils and the Devilettes were scheduled to both play Southern Monday on campus but a bomb threat this week prompted school officials to cancel the game and reschedule those contests for Feb. 27
“The Mississippi Valley State vs. Alcorn State basketball doubleheader will tip off Saturday at 2 p.m. on the Alcorn State campus. The women’s game begins 2 p.m. and the men will follow at 4 p.m. Alcorn, who was originally scheduled to host MVSU on Feb. 15, will travel to face Valley on that day.”
Saturday’s game against Alcorn State is expected to be moved, officials said.
MVSU’s basketball games at Alcorn State on Saturday will tip off at 2 & 4 p.m.
