Coming out of Highland Springs High School (Highland Springs, VA), Harmon was a highly touted prospect and had offers from multiple high-profile programs, including Ole Miss, Penn State, Tennessee, Michigan State, Oklahoma, USC, and Florida before ultimately deciding to head to Norman to play for the Sooners as part of their 2021 recruiting class.
Harmon made 17 appearances in two years with Oklahoma, including two starts, recording 22 tackles. He suffered a frightening neck injury last season against TCU that saw him taken off the field on a stretcher. Harmon was able to work his way back from that injury to play in Oklahoma’s last three games of the 2022 season.
His transfer was the seventh departure of an Oklahoma defensive back via the transfer portal since December.
