This week’s edition of the top five HBCU halftime shows features a couple of newcomers that provide a fresh perspective to all we’ve come to appreciate about HBCU marching bands no matter how large or small.
It also includes some of the usual suspects whose band programs have solidified themselves among the heavyweight elite.
