Grambling State home game versus Jackson State expected to be ‘sold out’

Grambling State’s World Famed Tiger Marching Band was voted HBCU Sports Band of the Week for Week 3 for its halftime performance last weekend against Jackson State at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.

The band, which won its head-to-head poll over Jackson State earlier in the week, collected 61.5 (540 votes) percent of the 878 votes tallied.

Alabama A&M finished second in the voting with 33.71 (296 votes) percent of the votes, followed by South Carolina State (24 votes) and Florida A&M (18 votes).
