CIAA Northern Division Champion: Bowie State

Bowie State is in somewhat of uncharted territory being the favorite to repeat as division champions coming off an unexpected postseason run during a 9-3 regular 2015 season.
The Bulldogs return eight starters on offense and seven on defense led by quarterback Nyema Washington, who was one of four signal-callers to throw a pass last season.
Bowie State led the conference in points per game and was near the top of the heap on defense.
Bowie State has enough talent and experience to make another run at the division crown.
