The Southern University Human Jukebox is the HBCU Sports Band of the Week for Week 4.
The band, nominated for its Sept. 26 halftime performance at Georgia, received an overwhelming 77.6 percent (205 votes) of the 264 total votes tabulated.
Jackson State finished a distant second in the polling, followed by Alabama A&M, Morgan State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
The win automatically qualifies the Human Jukebox for the HBCU Sports Band of the Year polling to be held in January.
