The 2015 SWAC national television schedule has been released and few things stick out immediately.
Alcorn State only slated to appear in one nationally televised game
The SWAC champions will be featured on ESPN 3 when they square off against Georgia Tech on Sept. 3. That’s it.
Surprising that arguably the best team in HBCU football will not have multiple opportunities to play in front of a national audience.
Alabama State owns October
The Hornets will be featured on three October dates: Oct. 1 at Texas Southern, Oct. 15 at Arkansas Pine-Bluff and Oct. 31 against in-state rival Alabama A&M.
The SWAC will be shown on multiple networks in 2015
SWAC football can be seen this fall on the Pac-12 Network, ESPN, NBC and ABC.
