The specific financial terms surrounding the Grambling vs ULM football game to be played in 2011 and 2013 have been disclosed to TSPNsports through an open records request.
With games schedule to be played on Sept. 10, 2011 and Sept 7, 2013, Grambling is to receive (for each game) a guarantee of $100,000 plus 7,500 game tickets valued at $25 each. ULM will also set aside a designated tailgate area on campus in which proceeds from the sale of tailgate space will go to Grambling.
Grambling could potentially generate over $300,000 in revenue according to a previous release by GSU AD Lin Dawson.
Other Notes:
– There is a $250,000 cancellation fee for either team that fails to play either game.
– Game officials will be from the Sun Belt Conference.
– The Grambling band is required to perform.
