I had my 15 year reunion recently and there was this white friend from elementary and high school. this irish redhead used to compete FIERCELY with blacks in everthing and never backed down from any challenge, especially fist fights. He THRIVED on beating blacks in foot races, who could punt, pass, kick the furthest, anything the brothas were dominant in. Him and the "fastest man on campus" (one of my black friends who won several track meets) used to race from the practice field (when we was in band) to the band room, to the water cooler, you name, always racing. these mugz would be neck & neck. (the guy even had a "thick" girlfriend/now wife who was built more like a sista than the typical pinktoe!! :lmao: )
Ironically he was not the best with the books and to this day this cat was bringing up the fact that I had better grades than he had like he was competing with me to see who could make the best grades! :lol: he dominated me in virtually all athletic pursuits. :redhot: He blew me up in a foot races. I could never beat that mug! :shame:

BTW, was looking at, i believe Phili vs Baltimore, the other night. Was that a white running back for Phili (i believe) that broke a nice long run in the 3rd or 4th quarter? I couldn't tell. I assumed he was a light-skinned brotha.
There is this white guy at Auburn, Trey Smith, that plays running back and special teams. once when both Cadillac and Ronnie Brown went down with injuries in the Alabama game, this little scatback type was put in as THE #1 running back to finish that game and for their bowl game. This mug SHREDDED Alabama and the bowl team.
(when both Cadillac and Ronnie went down, there was a collect sigh of relief from Bama fan and Alabama, but when this Trey Smith got into the game, this mug hit 2 or 3 quick long runs and proved to be hard to get a hand on and take down. he was like a white version of Alabama's Shawd Williams! Alabama's defense, mostly black, were stunned and there were a lot of hands on hips.) If it wasn't for Cadillac and Ronnie Brown, this kid could easily be a starter,, maybe not a dominant SEC back, but effective. Right now he could be the featured back easily at Troy University, UAB, maybe Southern Miss, ECU, etc.
