911 call from Pasadena, Tx

You can actually hear him pump his shotgun......

Police said a man shot and killed two people he believed were burglarizing the house next door Wednesday in Pasadena. The two-suspected burglars were not armed.

Listen to the 911 call

Dude just wanted an excuse to shoot. If the 911 operator tells you to not go outside and that you are not to shoot anyone because officers are on the way or in the vacinty. He is just an idiot who murdered some folks.

:retard:

I guess dude can get off with the law the way it was written. They were breaking into a protected place. So, old boy could let that fire out on them and not have any worries. Just show up with the law that was passed in hand and he's back home sippin' on lean....:smh:

The Pasadena man who killed two suspected burglars as they left his next door neighbor's home did not intend to kill them when he stepped outside with his 12-gauge shotgun, his lawyer said Friday.

In portraying Joe Horn as a victim of circumstances, lawyer and longtime friend Tom Lambright called the 61-year-old computer consultant "a good family man" who has been devastated by the Wednesday afternoon burglary and shooting.

Sounds like his attorney is trying desparately to do some damage control. Mr. Horn didn't give the 911 dispatcher credit for knowing what he was talking about, whereas his attorney was more effective in driving the point home. The 911 call sounds premeditated to me.
