Yeah, they mentioned on the show that 65% of New Yorkers rent. :eek: That is compared to only about 15% for the average city.

I need my space too. I don't have to have acreage, but I at least need my own separate house, with a front and back yard.

Name another city where the ratio of women to men is so high. 20 to 1 or 30 to 1 depending on which way you swing. Simple math says that black women will have a hard time fiding decent men. With Jail,gay and downright loafer a decent hetero guy could pull plenty of dime peices. Add that most white men prefer white women, that angle is also limited for the black sister.

I see where you're coming from.

They could have kept it in Small Talk, but I guess because of the HGTV reference and the link, the mod put it here.

They could have put it on the Sports Board for all I care...:lol: The topic always seem to go back to women and men or women vs men anyway......;) :wavey: :kiss:

Actually SLT, I did not mean for this thread to be about the show, but its not a big deal. Even though I mentioned the show in the first line of the thread, I really meant for this thread to be a fun discussion about where to live based on one's interests. But its all good. :tup:

It depends on what those women define as a good man. That's relative to most of them. You know some are still looking for prince charming to ride up on a white horse and sweep them off of their feet.
