There's no need to explain!!! If they lost then they lost. The fact still remains that no matter what happens now Baseball in the SWAC still goes through SU. Now I need u to explain something to me. Like why is P.V. natural born losers at EVERYTHING including baseball???

Jaguars visit Alcorn hoping to snap skid

Southern's baseball team will travel to play Alcorn State for a single game at 1 p.m. today.
Though the two teams are both in the Southwestern Athletic Conference, the game will not count toward divisional standings. Southern is from the Western Division, while Alcorn is an Eastern Division team.

The Jaguars (6-6) are on a three-game losing skid -- which never happened in last season's 47-7 run -- after losing two one-run decisions (4-3 a week ago at Southeastern Louisiana and 5-4 Saturday at Arkansas-Pine Bluff) before getting ripped 17-5 in the second game of a doubleheader at UAPB.

"We were inconsistent in phases of the game," Southern coach Roger Cador said. "We have a lot of improving to do."

Your whole back court didn't go to the NBA:rolleyes: Just so happens that our whole infield got drafted. We are in the process of rebuilding and we're still the favorites to win the title. U have yet to explain why P.V. is so far behind the rest of the SWAC at everything???

Man your really, really, really disappointing me :smh: but i'll answer your questions anyway. Unlike some folks.

1)Because they were the better team"that day".

2)Not hardly your basketball team was pick to not only win the conference title but be in the big dance. They went from 14-4 to 7-11 and let me remind you again this isn't even close to mid-season yet, let alone the end of the season.
