Well this Saturday Grambling will face Jackson State who will come out on top at the end of the game. Since we already know Grambling will win the game I predict that this will be a hard fought battle between these two bands. As to who will take the win all that I can say is it depends on who is going to come with their A+ game not just their A game. Since I know that we are coming with it and I know that JSU is coming with all that I can say is JSU be prepared for a battle from us that you haven't seen in some years. So good luck to both bands and see you Saturday "Boom"

To J.S.U......after watching yall on last night,......to put it in a nice manner,.....you will have to work. If Grambling comes in there focused,......We CAN take you!

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing Grambling.
I didn't get a chance to see them last year.
But people have really shared what they think of Grambling on this site and other sites.
The years that I have seen them, I can't say that I was impressed with them, but I have alway met some really, really nice people from there. :)

Anyway, I'll form my own opinion on Saturday.
 
I think that Grambling likes people to second guess them because when they do they come and shock alot of people. Just you wait and see. I think Jackson will have a rude awaking on Saturday!:D

Yeah we are some really cool people. But like she said the horns will do all of the talking this weekend.
 



isnt this the band room. when ever the band gets roasted, o we won the game.:lmao: we could sleep to the second quarter and still stump a mud hole in yall.
i do hope this year is better, but i said the same thing about valley and was let down yet again.

if grambin was any better i am sure i would have recalled a thread on some board about it, just contuinue to stay in da shadows and try to blend in. ok.
 
From what I've seen from both bands this year, JSU should truly Rock The House!

Yet, they are at home for a 2nd week in a row. That is a challenge to do that and do it after being on National TV the first week on Sunday when everyone is home running VCRs.

It will be interesting, but JSU should bring smoke again and not have a problem with GSU.

WELL SINCE I LOST MONEY BETTING OM JSU LAST WEEK TO TAKE THE "W" AGAINST SU, I WON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE TWICE GSU WILL TAKE THE "W" THIS WEEK.

I understand improve......But are they back to being at the level they were when they were top dawgs, we all do know that was some years ago......

Field Show WISE......GSU can pull that off with their WORST SOUNDING BAND...... Because their shows are based around dance......


But do you some of you truely think GSU band has what it takes to take out SU or JSU this year..... AS being the 2 best bands in the SWAC?...

Notice you said two of the best that makes GSU #1 and JSU #2 and SU #3, cause JSU or SU will ever be on GSU's level in the public eye.

Our show is based around dancin so we can pull that off???? I'm very offended!!!!Today's Grambling Band can infact hang with your so-called two best bands. Keep on sleeping,... hear?????

Sat. will tell the story!!!!!! Yes!!!!! I believe in this band to do what it is that Grambling band does. Our shows are centered around the music and we don't need a lot of fireworks and low blows to keep the crowd entertained!!!!
