Will UAPB Buy out Coach Mo Forte's Contract or fire Coach Moe Forte!!!

Mo didn't go 2-9 with a #1 1AA offense. He actually did 60% better than Bell.

Plus, I saw what Bell did with Chavez High School Team. That team returned almost all of the players that made it to the playoffs before he got there. He ran them in the ground and then came to jsu and did exactly what I said he would do. Big difference! Mo also has previous experience as a head coach.

I can agree with this.

Just from reading most of your post I think that Hardman and Forte isn't the answer for UAPB. This is the same offense that have been minus yards rushing against AAMU while Hardman was there and again this past year with Forte. I know that Pine Bluff beat AAMU last year, but this Pine Bluff team is the same team who for some reason or another continues to run the ball like they have for atleast 5-7 years. The best UAPB team that I saw was when yall had the white QB. It appears that yall need a coach who isn't scared of beating GSU,SU, Bama State and AAMU on a "consistant" basis. Trying to win a game means that your team will pull anything out of their hat to try and win a game. UAPB has refused to do that by continueing to run the ball. In other words, GSU went and got all those D-I transfers to try and remain on top. In order for UAPB to "out think" GSU and SU, you need a coach that's clever enough to beat and scheme against Spears and Pete.

This can only be TALK. UAPB ticket sales are up 100% since Hardman's last year. This man has had only 1 recruiting class. He was hired in mid-Feb, well late into the recruiting season 2 years ago. Next year he will have very few juniors due to him being hired late.

UAPB could very well b 4-5 or 5-4 right now. The GSU game slipped away, early turnovers at BCC caused that loss. A couple miscues vs ASU led to that loss. All this is due to playing VERY YOUNG PLAYERS. At least they are somewhat exciting.

When you go from an average of 6000 in attendance to 11000, believe me it has more to do with coaching & winning than anything. As I'm told, there were more than 17,000 people there for homecoming, but only 11,000 recorded. That increase in attendance equates to about $300,000 more dollars in revenue.

You never had a chance in the Grambling game. That is like saying the PV game slipped away from uapb. So now uapb is having undercount problems too. Can it be that you guys can't count? So they are letting 6,000 people in through the gate that the band comes in.

What are you talking about, you need to simply shut up. In the UAPB/GSU game, the score was 19-16 GSU with 3:00 remaining in the game. Had Mo not gambled on 4 & 26 from his own 26 yard line and simply punted the ball and put took a chance on his defense, UAPB would have had a chance. It is DUMB to say UAPB never had a chance, SIMPLY DUMB. L, the final was 26-23.

Don't talk, u make no sense.

You may be right, but you can't fire a coach who could possibly end up 2nd in the SWAC west 2 years in a row. A win against SU & TxSU gives us 2nd in the West. Back in the day of the white QB, UAPB basically got gifts from UA. Many of those kids transfered to UAPB because they were unhappy at UA. Oh, that white QB was Barry Switzer's son.

Tell the entire story sperm. Just because you play someone close doesn't mean you really had a chance.

I don't get that statement. The score was 19-16 with 2:15 left in the 3rd. GSU scored its final TD 2:08 to go in the 4th. So, that means it was a 3 point game for majority of the 4th quarter. It being down by 3 to the #1 BCF team in the forth quarter for a team that only had 1 win doesn't mean they had a chance, then you don't know what the phrase means.

Forte will be there for at least 2 more seasons. Let him get all his players in there and we'll see what happens then. Nothing good comes from changing coaches every few years.

BTW, Switzer's son was WAY overrated. He wasn't nearly as good as Chris Robinson (the QB that led us to the NAIA Championship game in '94).

Who the hell are YOU, always coming on here questioning and casting negative aspersions towards the intelligence of anyone who disagrees with you, as if your ass is the most profounded thing to hit TSPN since Mighty Dog?

OK MACH. :lmao: So if GSU played Washington State close with GSU with the ball with over minute left and some change, and GSU down by 3,so according to your logic GSU don't have a chance?

Mach, you gone get cut by Niter.

Nope Jay Arrah. Methinks Sperm gonna' bust the cap in a few. :lmao:

Seriously, I think that Forte has to be given a few more years to see if his scheme and his recruits can get the job done. I will say this, however, if those frosh that I looked last weekend are any indication as to how UAPB will be in the future, I can assure you that the future is very, very bright.

PB's always had a killer ground game and it starts up front. :read: Good luck Golden Lions.
