And once A&M get rid of Sumlin .... they won't get top black talent. A&M student body and culture is too white and weird for the best black players to want to go there. Having a black man as the head helped a lot with recruiting them.

Maybe I am looking at this totally wrong, but if these "best black players" were so interested in playing for black head coaches, more of them would be at HBCUs. Don't they all have black head coaches? Hey, I'm just saying.
