It's nothing against Alcorn it's more as to the system that has put them in the position they are in. If everyone plays in the regular season then why play a championship game after one team has already proved during the season who number one was. That's a lot coming from the team that makes excuses for every loss in SU's history. Why did you even bring up vying like we are suppose to be happy with that. Alcorn did that last year and lost and no one said well Alcorn played with them so we are happy. I want the SWAC to win and no be vying for a celebration bowl which you don't have to worry about since your team won't be there any time soon. And get out your feelings. No need to insult because you envy us for whooping y'all last year but o yea we can't take credit for that because y'all said your coach lost and we didn't deserve it.

SU can't go because their school administrators lacked institutional control and didn't do their job. It would be thoroughly embarrassing to our conference for them to even play in the conference championship game. Yet, there is no rule prohibiting them. What's worse is that if they win the Bayou Classic, the conference will be sending a team with a losing record and that would be the entire sidebar conversation.

The presidents need to simply change the rule.

As I said earlier....GSU just needs to handle our business Saturday so the SWAC will not be embarrassed.

The only moment this conference had a time of actual embarrassment was when grambling players decided to stage a walkout and and tell the world just how deplorable the conditions were after they let go a Super bowl MVP coach who had actually raise the funds to fix it. It wasn't an embarrassment in 2013 but now all of a sudden because grambling is undefeated it's an embarrassment. Ain't that the pot calling the kettle black?

All that big and bad talk about how great the team is and that nobody can beat them. Now that the the game is here folks looking to politic there way into a game. Stop begging for a handout and just play the game Eddie Robinson would be embarrass at reading all this fake concern for the conference load of crap.

I hope you talk like that after we win Saturday and why are you so concerned about the Celebration Bowl? You talk so much about stuff like this and say what people need to think but let SU lose and you make every excuse in the book. Like I said get out your feelings and don't worry about how we think, worry about being eligible to actually be able to represent the SWAC.

Yes that was embarrassing but unlike you and other SU folk a large percentage of GSU people that post on this forum has never once stated that they supported and for the most part were completely pissed off at those players, coaches, and DOUG WILLIAMS for stripping JSU seniors of their final homecoming. As I told those same students who boycotted speaking in front of the student union....you should have boycotted your own damn homecoming which would have made a larger statement..

Now your administration failed every student athlete on the campus of Southern University and you sit here and try to attempt to flip the issue away from the fact that your sorry ass bulllshiting piss poor administrators were too busy hiring their fucking friends who knew nothing about compliance and has virtually inhibited student athletes from enjoying their success that they earned. Yet, not once have you stated any form of frustration but you would rather sit back and criticize other members of the conference for calling your school out on it.

We are not begging for a handout we are merely stating how fucking embarrassing it would be for the SWAC Conference to have a champion that cannot represent the conference because their administration has no institutional control. Then we end up sending a team with a losing record. If that shit does not disgust you then continue own because you make absolutely no sense at all.

Can you please name some GSU fans that made excuses after last years SCG loss. I talked noise up until game day and after the game i gave them props and congrats. To be honest I don't remember any GSU fans being sore losers after the game.
