When does the SWAC Russell

As we all know HBCU sports and Russel has been partners for several years (sadly). The contract between HBCUs and Russel ends on December 31, 2015, so what brand will the schools wear next year? What brand would you like to see your school wear?

JSU Adidas.... Mississippi State has Adidas and they have A very nice elegant look to them. They have that quality material appearance!!!

Likely no one. Nike doesn't offer as much gear to the schools as UA, Adidas or even Russell other than the shoes.

There are some good intelligent people on this forum. Thanks Herbert77060 and jag4life. I ask the question because each SWAC school should be able to choose there own uniform and equipment apparel company. The MEAC is reaping the benefits of not renewing there Russell contract.

Those Nike and UA uni's made such a big difference for the MEAC we went 0-11 against other FCS competition.
No one looks better at losing than us.

FAMU's AD made a statement regarding the NIKE saying that the value of the NIKE contract was greater than that of the Russell deal...he made it seem like we received more money...it was an article from the summer
