Not necessarily... In our case last year the NCAA didn't release this ruling until late June leaving us with no time to find a new opponent...

You guys on the other hand KNEW and know prior to even calling them to get on the schedule.

I am not fond of the SWAC (including Alcorn) scheduling opponents below the DII classification. The only thing DIII and NAIA schools show is how well your 2nd and 3rd string plays.

From my experience with the different professional Black organizations, there are some people who still do not know how to properly balance a checkbook, especially when it comes to outstanding checks that haven't cleared the bank yet. For some odd reason, they think outstanding checks shouldn't be deducted from the overall checking account balance until they clear the bank. Our schools have to be conscious of their financial situation and what's a good financial decision versus a bad financial decision. Also, if the agreement for this game was made prior to VUL becoming a non-sanction NCAA school, maybe Grambling has the right to opt out of the game without any repercussion.

VUL became a non-sanctioned school last June. Grambling JUST released their schedule which leads me to believe that they added them in the recent months.
