What's the difference between Uber and a Taxi Cab?

Coming from the gym one day, decided to grab a uber as the train had a bunch of delays. Dude passed by me twice and park like two blocks down. I could see him on my GPS tracker and I was looking right at his car. Dude sat there until I finally cancelled the ride after waiting like 15 minutes. I filed a complaint and Uber refunded that cancellation charge and gave me a free ride.

Oh ok gotcha. He just didn't want your gym sweat on his new leater seats. He wasn't racist....he's a germaphobe. LOL
