What's For Breakfast?

Well, we do the lunch threads pretty often, but some of us do eat breakfast from time to time, so let's have it.

I had a blueberry bagel with blueberry whipped yogurt spread and water.

Ummmmmmm Downtown. A bagel. Extra cream cheese on it?
Im' on the Atkins Diet. (NO STARCHES OR CARBS.) :bawling:

Some meat and a couple of eggs today.
and the day after that....
and after that....
and that...
and..

Im bored(but 50 lbs lighter.)

Airpudding. I had to fast until lunch....

Lunch, I will have a salad and grilled chicken...


I started Atkins again yesterday, but one of my friends is at Quick Weight Loss Center. I will find out the "catch". She's lost 43 pounds. Had I stuck with Atkins from Christmas until now, I'd have done well. But I started again, and aint no stopping me now. )

I had one Lemon and two Cherry Starburst Fruit Chews. My daughter left 'em in the console in my truck. I ate 'em on my way to work today.....


Now I got Starburst stuck in my teeth.....Anybody got a toothpick?
