Do you also have a phobia because you don't agree with somebody elses lifestyle or decisions? I think not. Just because people have a different opinion or differnet taste or preference shouldn't necessarily give them a label. Just because you are uncomfortable with a particular genre or position shouldn't absolutely give you a label either. Labels should be for extreme cases. I don't think this is one of them.

Label me what you will. I am with Tony. I do not want a flaming gay dude fixing or serving my food and yes I do go elsewhere.
 



My advice is to take your azz to the store, buy your own food, and prepare it ya dayumed self.

If you get hungry while you're out, go home, eat, and get back out.

That way, if someone "less than completely virtuous" is prepping/cooking/serving your food, then it's all good, because you know that "less than virtuous" person personally.

Outside of the gothic the description you gave, what relevance does the other 2 have on this issue? If you're crazy enough to leave your child in a daycare center ran by a "KNOWN" crackhead, then you need to be checked. If your pastor is doing things unbecoming of a good Christian, and a good shepherd, then you need to pray, and ask for guidance, and your own forgiveness, and as far as the gothic person goes, if the place they're working at calls for a gothic uniform, then what's the problem? I haven't been to too many restaurants where the servers are not in a company provided uniform, or shirt, and really, as long as they're clean, and have good work etiquette "I" could care less what they're dressed like.

This guy seems homophobic, because he's not complaining about the food, or the cleanliness of the restaurant, but the way a person lives his life. Again, if it's that big of a deal, then he has a right to spend his money elsewhere, if not he needs to STFU, and eat that dayum Big Mac.

He doesn't seem homophobic to me, he seems like he's expecting a particular behavior from a particular group of people. He just wants the people that serve him food to be conservative in thier behavior while they are serving. We don't expect teachers to act like the "college students" they really are on the inside and we don't want other adults to act like the drunken stupors they usually are on the weekend in a professional setting. What's phobic about that? Leave that dude alone

Having a mustache like Prince is unprofessional?

The guy is reading a bit too much into the working at McDonalds. If he is having that big of a problem with the worker at McD's, go to another register or another location.
 
Some people associate gay people with being dirty because their lifestyle is perceived (by some) to be dirty! I'm not homophobic but I don't like to be in the company of gays. I don't agree with their lifestyle but I understand that it's just that, their life.
