well we are 8-5 now.... the series with Mississippi Valley has to be played because it was postponed... the way they are playing thats another 3 wins lol

These two wins today gave them sole possession of 2nd place. You guys had a little something to play for today and blew it.........The numbers say right now, they are the 2nd best team in the East behind Bama State.

AAMU is having a good season in comparison to the previous ones and will have just as good of a chance in the SWAC tourney as anyone else. I would say that tourney is up for anyone to win. However, all better keep their eyes on that "Wicked West." :lol: :emlaugh:

OK. Just for you. SU starting pitching is as good as everyone's in the SWAC....if not better. Offensively, SU can hit just as good as everyone in the SWAC. I
 have a problem with them constantly swinging for the fence!!!! And by doing so, they have a lot of pop ups. But I saw other SWAC schools recently and it is a plague in this conference. SU's fielding is inconsistent. But this conference as a whole makes too many errors.

So, like I said before everyone is about even in this conference!!!!! And it shows the weakness of the conference when schools don't have OOC wins......see Alcorn.

I posted the records make your own summation. You don't win baseball games based on how well fans talk trash. At the end of the day AAMU kicked y'all asses today. You have got to stop whining and discrediting other program every time teams hang a foot up jsu's ass. :lol: :emlaugh:

Dude we have more OOC wins than y'all have TOTAL wins. Y'all are not as good as you claim to be. The number's show that.

Why are you whining cause I said everyone is about even????? Not once have I said anything about total wins!!! I just told you why a 2 conference win team is just as good as a 2 loss conference team. Bama State has a good SWAC team. And all of those numbers Bama State has doesn't mean jack until the championship is won. Ask folks that have been around SWAC baseball to explain that to you!!!!

It was years where SU had great OCC recorded beat #1 LSU and A ranked ULL and didn't win the tournament. SU had 12 players drafted that year also.

I would say it's anyone's tourney to win though I would give Bama State the inside track. You are sleeping on some very good teams that records don't necessarily reflect that. The team with the deepest pitching staff and closers that do their jobs with less fielding errors will probably win.

And your facts only support YOUR THOUGHT, YOUR OPINION......AND since we are talking about this year, what have you done????? Winning OOC games is not new for any SWAC school. Having a good record isn't new.
