Bama St at Alcorn: Bama State might be ready to make a push. Alcorn is kinda hard to figure...You can always expect a big effort from the Braves. But still they lost to UAPB. Bama State by 4

N.C. Central at Southern: Wondering if NCCU's All-American candidate running back Greg Pruitt, Jr is the son of former Oklahoma Sooner and Cleveland Brown star runner Greg Pruitt? Dude is from Cleveland, Ohio. Any semblance of a ground game causes problems for the jags. SU's confidence is shaken and quite honestly, the receivers at SU are not deep threats to run by anyone. Not much difference in a good DII program and 1AA's. NCCU by 5

Southern Ill. at UAPB: UAPB plays like world beaters one weak, then rollover the next. The rollover continues despite a good effort. SIU by 17

Bama A&M at Tx Southern: Brent Wilson was the best back I saw last year. TxSU is legit...not sure how long the run will last but they are getting decent qb play. A&M will be seeking revenge for losing in Huntsville last year. A&M regains focus this week... A&M by 6

Langston at PV: PV ready to flex after success against SU. Frazier not gonna have a let down looking ahead to Grambling. Langston will come out
early and play competitively...but PVU comes away with a 10 point win.

Valley at J-State: This one will come down to who has the better qb play. Valley's defense has the edge against Oliver of JSU... Valley Aries Nelson has the advantage on JSU's defense. Comegy's is a better coach than Totten...but he ain't got the horses yet. Valley by 10
