I would not be so hard on Richt. Clemson is good though their defense needs work, and Georgia lost a lot on defense. Even if Georgia loses, their schedule is tough enough to keep them in the national championship race. Clemson needs this game more than Georgia does in a lot of commentators' opinions.

Georgia plays South Carolina next and has LSU later in September. They lose either one of those and their season is over. Not to mention their games against Florida and Auburn later in the season. They will not go undefeated in the SEC. This is it for Georgia.

Typical Georgia. They are always ranked high in the polls at beginning of the season, but never seems to win out.

They should, this win puts them square in the national championship hunt......Even though it is early. The only obstacles I see if they take care of business is Florida State and South Carolina.
