Winston-Salem State University's athletics director is taking responsibility after a video showing the football field's yard lines being painted without proper equipment spread across social media on Monday.

The video, posted to TikTok, appears to show one worker at Bowman Gray Stadium marking yard lines without a stencil before the Rams' home game Saturday. The finished lines look crooked and uneven, and the hash marks near the 40-yard line are spaced inconsistently.

The TikTok, posted by user DJ Moyer, has over 1.2 million views, 129,000 likes and 60,000 shares since it went up before noon on Monday.

While Stephen A Smith is a alumnus of WSSU his history at WSSU is not all positive. From my understanding he wrote an article about Coach Big House Gains and it caused enough of uproar that there was some folks, not just students, that wanted to lay hands on him and I am not talking about church. It was so much of an issue Coach Big House Gains told people no harm should come to Stephen (which cooled people down).

That was over 30 years ago during the latter downward part of Coach Gain's career. If SAS still has his thumb stuck up his ass because of that incident towards his alma mater then that says a lot about him. I don't think SAS is tripping about that incident. There's only so much one man can do in regards to improving his alma mater. i think SAS does what he can do when it comes to bringing awareness to his HBCU.

I imagine that it could get tiring if every time something goes wrong with the school a person graduated from or a school you have supported in the past that people hit them up for money. I remember Bill Cosby going on rant when certain HBCUs hit him up for money the following year, after he donated millions and could not even tell him what they did with his previous donations.
