Listen up maggots! And that's an order!
Officials from the Southwestern Athletic Conference, Southern and Texas Southern are evaluating a brawl between those two schools women’s basketball teams in a game Saturday night in Houston.

The brawl, which involved cheerleaders and spectators, came while the Jaguars held a 51-49 lead with 12:36 left, and caused a double-forfeit, giving Southern a victory and a share of the regular-season title. Both teams finished the regular season 16-2.

The Tigers will be the No. 1 seed in the tournament by virtue of having outscored Southern in two meetings. They won the first meeting 62-48 on Jan. 5 in the F.G. Clark Activity Center. Southern is the No. 2 seed and both teams will begin play in the SWAC tournament Wednesday.

Looks like the TSU player got mad at the contact when the SU player was driving to the basket to do a no look pass.
 
In the scale of fights, this is wayyyyy down the levels. This wasn't exactly The Malice at The Palace.

It was still disgusting watching it happen live.

I was going to try to find you and S phi S, but after the brawl and what not, my soon-to-be didn't want to stick around. However, that chicken pic does make me hungry LOL

yeah but that is not what started the REAL fight. I know some of ya'll are slow but look at what prompted blows to start being thrown! That chick who missed teh layup added the fuel to make that spark turn into a blaze!

Dude, all this stuff played a factor. Not just the push by the player who missed the layup. Poor officiating also probably played a factor.
 
They should suspend texas southern girls the rest of the season for that mess. That little hot head was blocking and got up in a rage to precipitate all of that.
 
my opinion was that SU was the instigator but TSU women threw the first punch and subsequent punches. Also the fact that some of the girls had to be restrained multiple times for chasing down the SU girls again probably warrants punishment. I don't no how TSU does not lose at least 4 player for a game or two. SU has to lose at least two more players for a game.
