The guarantee that JSU will receive is NOT based on JSU ticket sales. JSU got an allotment of tickets from USM(to sell through the JSU ticket office), but JSU doesn't keep the ticket money. They'll turn it over to USM just like everybody else does. The guarantee 'check' will have already been deposited (by JSU) before the game is played......So it doesn't matter where you buy the tickets. The money goes to USM regardless.....

JSU will get 4000 tickets and USM will not get those tickets if they do not sell, which they will so dont worry about it. From AD at USM
