Usher Reportedly Doesn’t Have Herpes, Plans To Take Legal Action Against Accusers

The tables have continued to turn in the ongoing case against Usher and his health status. New information has reportedly come to light clearing the singer of exposing an STD to the accusers.

Sandra Rose reports a close member of the singer’s camp dispelled claims the singer paid his former babysitter and celebrity stylist Maya Fox-Davis $1.1 million in the case brought to light by Radar Online. The source added the court documents shown are the site aren’t facts, but mere accusations that weren’t proven to be true in court. The site also adds the image of the $2,754-check made out to Fox-Davis was from accounting firm David Weise & Associates for her babysitting services in 2012.

The source continued to question the authenticity of the documents which haven’t been shared, just referenced by any other news or gossip site–including TMZ. The singer has kept quiet on all the claims because he has his own plan to launch a defamation case against the accusers and their legal representation.

Word is he never settled a herpes case either. The actual check that was produced was for about $3K and was for babysitting services.

Man I said on Twitter that Usher must be trying to buy NBC as well lol. Usher wasn't like Kaep (not saying Kaep is wrong either) on TV and stuff with his plans. He has relatively been out of the limelight with his philantrophy/community service/activism and still get slandered. Usher is not squeaky clean but dang it he can easily get on the whitest of whitest shows like Mike And Mike so he's not a Killer Mike. This came out of left field

CT something is not right about this. If ?Usher paid $1 million to someone there is a paper trail (electronically) some place. Now what if he provides documentation that he is not. Having gone through the legal system things are not adding up. Folks have even begun to question me as to why I was not sued and my response was "In Arkansas you have one year after being notified or an event taking place to file a civil suit." That's why they could not sue because legally they knew but utilized a part of the law that is scientifically stupid to push guilt and quite frankly I just did not want to put my family through that. Sometimes, you simply get tired and want things to be over so you can move on with your life. Usher's career after this will end if he truly has herpes. Yet, if he doesn't his life is tarnished because people will say he paid off the doctors etc.....

When it was just the ONE woman I think folks gave the woman the benefit of the doubt and tarnished Usher. After this latest round with the two women (including the big girl and a man) I was like Usher can't be that stupid. Dude's been in the industry since the mid 90s and worth nine digits I believe (or close to it). He owns a small part of the Cavs. He couldn't be that careless.

Plus the big girl has been in the news before for a lawsuit and has Lisa Bloom, the ambulance chaser of celebrity lawyers
