UFO's And The Bible

What if scientific evidence proved that aliens of all sorts exist? How would this revelation effect your faith in God and the Bible?

The Bible speaks of aliens.
Therefore this would only increase my faith.

Where?
I know the Bible talks about demons and angels, but where does the Bible talk about literal aliens, and I don't mean the Christian aliens referred to by Paul.

I don't think the bible refers specifically to UFOs (shrugs shoulders). Neverthless, I have learned my own theology, to not to try and read and study the bible for scientific answers. Yet, any spiritual concerns and needs, I can find it in the Bible.

2 Timothy 3
16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right.
NLT

This will always be a topic of discussion. Does UFO exist, yeah every time I look at the night sky and see and object that I cannot ?Identify? thus, becoming ?Unidentified? Seriously, the existence or non-existence of ?UFO?s? should not increase or decrease our faith.

I would say they exit as does angles (Godly and ungodly). Just listening to people, that read Ezekiel, they say ?the wheel? was a ?UFO? could have been, we will never know. We know that he saw something. If it was a UFO, then it was manned ?operated? by Cherubims or spiritual beings.

However, what I found to be interesting is the word wheel ('owphan {o-fawn'} or (shortened) 'ophan {o-fawn'}. And comparing the word wheel (galgal {gal-gal' / whirlwind} as used in Eccl. 12:6.

I need to do more research..

Why wouldn?t you call angels, the same thing that some people refer to as aliens?

what are angels? The Bible tells us angels are ?ministering spirits? (Hebrews 1:14). It tells us they are beings of a different nature than humans, but created by God and for God. It describes how they sometimes act, how they sometimes appear, and how they are sometimes perceived. It also tells us what they sometimes do. If one studies all the passages in the Bible that mention angels, one will see that angels are very powerful spiritual beings that, among other things, can:

1.) Appear as normal human beings, undetected by people (Genesis 19:1-29, Hebrews 13:2)
2.) Appear as bright, shinning beings that terrify those who see them (Matthew 28:2-7)
3.) Appear in people?s dreams (Matthew 1:20-24)
4.) Appear to animals, but invisible to humans (Numbers 22:21-40)
5.) Appear in the form of a plague (1Chronicles 21:14-16)
6.) Appear in flames of fire (Exodus 3:2)

Angels are not described as being 4ft. tall with thin arms, a thin neck with a large head, rap around black eyes and a foul odor. This is how some people describe the greys.
I've never seen a grey, however IF these sightings are true, who are they and where did they come from and who created them?
Just because the Bible doesn't speak about them doesn't mean they don't exist.

Sorry for laughing, but that?s how mankind has portrayed ?aliens?

Appear in the form of a plague (1Chronicles 21:14-16)

Be careful on the source of your information, everything, thing posted on the internet is not true.

14 So the LORD sent a plague on Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell dead.

15 And God sent an angel to destroy Jerusalem. But as the angel was doing so, the LORD saw it and was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who was destroying the people, "Enough! Withdraw your hand." The angel of the LORD was then standing at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

16 David looked up and saw the angel of the LORD standing between heaven and earth, with a drawn sword in his hand extended over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell facedown.

Nothing wrong with laughter.

Your response goes back to the original question....what if the description I mentioned are actual features of real life aliens?

I know of no aliens being described in scripture as such as was mentioned in my previous post.

What if these aliens actually exist? There's a good chance they might.

I agree. I wouldn't be suprised if they do exist in some form. There is a mighty huge universe out there for nothing else to be going on.
