Taylor-Made'90

I'm 'Citrix SSO' batch!!!
Good!!!!!

I can't stand Duke anyway......

So it's Georgia Tech and UConn......

Will anybody even watch the game Monday night.......

:ebrow:

LOL! That was soooo sweet that way Duke blew that game. I was LMAO at Coach K's crying as the buzzer sounded.

The refs tried to handicap UConn early and it it still wasn't enough for Duke to advance. This will be a great night's sleep.

What!!! Coach K cried????

I didn't see the game (at work).

:dude:

Duke made dumb decisions and blew that game, but the refs were downright HORRIBLE. From beginning to end!!!!

They called all those touch fouls all night long, but then swallowed their whistles at the end.
Even if you're a Duke hater, it was real easy to see that Reddick was fouled at the end.

Nah, he didn't actually shed tears, but he probably wanted to! LOL. He was supe-r pissed when Reddick got "stripped" in the closing seconds. But hey, what's good for the goose....

Bad officiating huh? Oh, so it ain't just in the SWAC?

At one point the UConn fans began chanting to the refs "let them play." I think that Duke was doomed when their two big men fouled out and there was no one to stop Okafor. I was rooting for Duke and Oklahoma State because of the kids from Willowridge, but wasn't particularly devastated as I would have been had it been Prairie View losing the SWAC championship, LOL. When Duke was down by three, those Duke fans were leaving out in fire drill proportions. I wondered what they would have done if that last free throw was missed and Duke had tied the game.

I jumped around in the living room like a kid when Duke loss. Whew, Okafor just had to hit one free throw!

Yo, the refs were terrible on Saturday night. The calls were inconsistent and there wasn't any flow to the game.:shame: When I mean inconsistent I mean there were ticky tack fouls that was called and obvious fouls that weren't throughout the game except the final 5 minutes. All Okafor did was stood his ground in the first four minutes and the refs were too eager to blow their whistle. UConn did a great of keeping a cool head when those calls were made against them. You can tell that Okafor wanted a championship really bad by his performace in the second half. His presence was felt in the last ten minutes. He didn't even score in the first half and ended up with 18 points 6 rebounds and 2 key blocks. Boone and Villeneava (spelling) stepped up and played a huge roll for UConn when they needed it by rebounding and blocking/altering shots. I told everyone that if Sheldon Williams get in foul trouble, then Duke will struggle throughout the game. The look on Coach K's face was priceless after the strip by the defender. :lmao: He pulled an Annie Mae after the game.

If Duke would have won that game, I would have felt sick. It would've felt like New England winning the Super Bowl and Brady win another MVP or The Bad Boys from Detriot winning a championship. :vomit: When I watch Duke play, I get this clip of Lattenier stepping on this guy chest and later hitting a buzzer beater against Kentucky about a decade ago. I hate Shane Battier the same as I hate Lattenier. Bobby Hurley throwing the ball in the air after they beat UNLV. Terrible. :upset:The only players that I liked from Duke is Grant Hill, Capel, Carwell (spelling) Langdon. McCloud was cool too. Sorry Yall. I just had to vent for a second.

Speaking of sick, did anyone see Dick Vitale on ESPN during the game-recap just minutes after the game? The man looked like his dog just died.

I was :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: the rest of Saturday night.

BTW, the Duke/ UNLV and Duke/ Kentucky games were the ones that made me a Duke hater for life. My blood was boiling when Lattiener wasn't ejected for stepping on Mashburn's chest.

Vitale has been a big Duke fan for years. It's real obvious!!!!!

I'm glad ESPN doesnt have the tournament, cause I would HATE to have to endure his over the top antics and his nonstop praises of Duke and Coach K.

Yeah, Dook Vitale is annoying when it comes to Coach K's legendary skills at the helm of DU.

whatever.

I still hate DOOK!!!!
