You didnt answer my question on the other thread, but you are an upstanding guy that can make up stuff even when you dont have a good answer to a question.
My question was and it remains, Why in the hell did your school hire an offensive coordinator that couldnt score an offensive point on you the year before? I could see if the white boy had just bedazzled yall with his offensive prowess, but the damn cracker didnt score one point on you and you hired him anyway. What is up with that?

Man it must be nice to be white and get hired for jobs that you havent proven that you can do and are not qualified for. I wish I knew the feeling, but black folks have to be over qualified to assume positions of leadership. Did yall hire the cracker just cause he was white or what was it. You hired the only Offensive coordinator that couldnt oursmart Robert Kelly, and believe me, and thats hard to do.

Do you think he can recruit better just cause he is white? Have you looked at SUs talent level lately? Are his TD drives worth more than 6 points. Just what is it, help me understand. Do you think you can get more white people, or anybody for that matter, to attend a TSU game. Do you think you will get the rodeo crowd now? What is it.? Yall are in for a rude awakening cause Orlando sucks.

GR you have to remember that this is TiSsUe that you are talking to, and logic is not one of their strong points. So I can imagine the types of responses that they will have.

But as poor as their offense was, it made SU look like the St. Louis Rams or somebody........or maybe they just want to be like SU, where lighter is righter!

After all they are Texas Southern University.

I just dont understand why they would hire one of the worst offensive coordinators in the SWAC. Im willing to bet they paid him a lot of money too. How much do you want to bet that they paid him more than the cat they had 2 years ago.

Man it must be nice to be white.

isnt that the same crac-, um, cat whose offense darn near put me and half of the AstroDome to sleep last November against a TexSU D that was mediocre at full strength and had the one good player it had on the sidelines in civies next to Jesse Jackson?????

the same ofay, um, offensive coordinator whose offense was so ineffective against TxSU that night that TxSU had a legit chance to kick a chip shot field goal to win????

doesnt the TxSU kicker "favor" the new coordinator?????/

hmmmmm.........

My fourth grade Math teacher could run an offense better than those idiots we had calling the shots last year. Remember, we had Co-Offensive Coordinators... one was some dumb ass receiver from Alabama State nicknamed "Downtown" Brown and the other was a fifth string QB that carried the clipboard while on the team.

I think Thomas is desperate and thinks that since Orlando had some success at su during the mid to late 90's that he must be smart. Plus, the last time we had success with an OC he was "one of them" also.

Tell TP that I said that we have the smartest DC in BCF!!!

GET READY,

I DON'T JSU HAS MUCH ROOM TOO TALK:rolleyes:

WE NEEDED AN OFFENSIVE COORD. SO WE HIRED ONE :D

IF HE PRODUCES A LOSING SEASON LIKE JSU:o .....HE'LL BE GONE BYE BYE LIKE AAMU:lmao:

Texas Southern's new off.ensive coordinator

Hey gents, for what it's worth to you, Orlando was Bill Thomas' o-coordinator when Thomas coached at Tennessee State. He's probably comfortable with Orlando, but Lawdy, i wish Texas Southern luck with with both those coaches. I remember a game against Alabama A&M when Thomas was at Tn. St. A&M didn't belong on the same field with the Tigers, but the Tigers scored 6 points in the first half, and Thomas put the offense in a 3 & out mode in the 2nd half. A&M blocked a punt deep in Tiger territory with less than a minute left in the game. They either scored on the block, or scored very shortly thereafter. With less than a minute to go and no timeouts the Tigers tried to rally, but it didn't happen. A&M stole one in Nashville 7-6.
But you know what happened the next week in the 1st round of the Div1-AA playoffs. Tennessee State clawed a mudhole in Jackson State's tail in Jackson, Ms. That was TSU's 2nd victory over Jackson that year.
About the end of August, those boys mangy, malnourished putty tats from Jackson, start to hear the roar of the 600 pound hungry, Siberian Big Cats from Nashville. See you in Memphis Jackson St. But please bring a football team this year!!!!!! Your fans deserve better than what you'll gave on Thanksgiving Day 2001

Umm..David H, is it?? David H, first thing first. Click the "Submit Reply" button only once. Second, our football team will be there. Our fans knew that our season had ended and that game was just for "bragging rights" since our faith had already been determined. Just dont fool yourself into thinking that the same team you played last year will be the same team this year. Mental level is what Im speakin of.

"Quote of the Year: Take a man's hope and break his spirit, then he is defeated already."

Will it ever end?

Mighty Ho-Dog. Please dont be fooled. We have no problem scoring. Offense was not our weakness. Special Teams. Yeah. DB's yeah. But, this year will be the "Year of the Tiger". Or as it is known by the Big 3, "The Return of the Tiger". We know this, the SWAC know this, and I am tryin to warn those illegitimate, unwanted, children from TENNESSEE . Who truly wants to be part of the SWAC, but we (SWAC) just do not want them. So, they have to be in a conference that is made up of mostly colleges in Tennessee.

David H, the tone of the above is that you have not gotten over that 7-6 loss. In fact, let me tell you folks who don't know about AAMU football. After that defeat TSU and other power would not play us. TSU refused for years to get on the same field with AAMU.

All SWAC teams were afraid to play us.

He is familiar with him? Well at least that is a ligit answer.

Im so sick of black folk that think white folks ice is colder. Orlando is a stick in the mud, he is a dummy, he sucks, and he is primitive. When will black folks ever learn. I know SU is color struck, but damn Texas Southern, you can do so much better.

What happened to you man? You use to be so beautiful.

Well, I think that Orlando pulled a George O'Leary and lied on his resume. He had the folk at SU thinking that he was a light skinned brother from Opelousas so they hired him.

Thomas knows this won't work in Htown. But he's desparate for attendance is trying to win over the Hispanic crowd. Don't be surprised if Orlando doesn't change his name from Mark to Marquez Orlando and start calling all the bruhs "homes".

Even though this is not my team, and we have our own coaching woes to consider.....this pisses me of.

Let me reiterate....He hired the offensive coordinator that couldnt score ONE damn point on him that year.

Can you imagine what Thomas was thinking during the game? \

"Wow, that Orlando is punting again. I have to get him on my squad."

"Wow, that Orlando is really outsmarting us. What is his telephone number"

"I wonder if Orlando has a resume with him?"

"If we just had Orlando, we wouldna scored anything. Thats where we need to be."

"My guys suck, they only scored 6 points. I need Orlando"

I have one question. Where can I get some white skin? I need to get hired for a bunch of jobs that Im not qualified for.

This really sucks

Tenn. St. -AAMU

Hey Mighty Dog, you must have been born after 98, or you'd surely remember the 59-24 tail skinning the Big Cats laid on you in Nashville. The next year in Huntsville we escaped with a narrow victory on a late long punt return when you'll had momentum. That year we were undefeated, and ranked #1 in the Div.1-AA poll . So that means Mighty Pup, no one not even any SWAC teams beat us.
But surely you had to remember last year when Real Big Blue Cats dusted off the AAMU Pups in Nashville, 27-6, Valley 55-0 in a monsoon in Nashville for our Homecoming, and finally JSU in Mississippi's capitol city 64-33. Bro, The Cats will be in Huntsville this upcoming season, And by the way after we sent Mr. L.C. to the Hornets we whipped his pooter the year after 39-11. The year before with Cole coaching our undefeated squad we smoked the Hornets 43-8 in Nashville. And Bro, the game wasn't even that close.
No Bro answer this: Why do we fear the SWAC? Please explain.

And to the J-State crowd. the people in Nashville knew the SHC would be played on Thanksgiving 2001. I guess you'll didn't get notified until the Monday before Turkey Day. Bro and we were coming off a loss, and we better prepared than you'll were. Come up with a better alibi than that.

TENN. ST.-AAMU

Hey Mighty Pup, The Big Cats from, Nashville, Johnnie Cashville are scheduled to play the bullpups in Normal, which is something you ain't on Oct. 12th, then the Cats have an Open date the following weekend. But after further deliberation, it looks as if the Big Cats will have an open date on Oct. 12th & Oct. 19th.
Bro., you might wanna take the younguns, women & the frightful somewhere else on Oct. 12th, cause it promises to be kind of ugggggiily Oh! Are you'll planning to bring back John Stallworth? If so, can we bring back Too Tall Jones, and Ken Pettiford, whom I'm sure you remember. He quarterbacked our 1973 undefeated #1 ranked National Championship squad that rang up 54 points on the Pups in Normal.

I met a gentleman from Nashville who played on that A&M team, and he confessed to me that the Cats beat on the Pups real bad that night, just literally stomped a mudhole in y'all.

Yeah Bro, if there's a SWAC I Think I WANNABE they're in Normal wearing the Marooned & Gray.

How many times do you'll play Tougaloo this year?

The only SWAC team that concerns me this year is Grambling. The only reason they concern me is we haven't played them in a long time. But really bro, any other SWAC Team, I'm clipping & painting my toenails!

Ummmm....David H??? Or is it Darlene H??? Clipping and painting toenails??? Too easy bossmaster, too easy!!!!

David H, the 7-6 victory was enough to last me for a life time. Anyway things are looking up in Normal. No more Mr. Nice Guy for the Big Blue. Last homecoming we lost to Morris Brown because like to play big fish on homecoming. So consider the big Blue Dawg meat. You all have won a few against us but to get beat by 7-6 is just down right shameful.

Now don't you agree.

Tenn. St. -AAMU

Hey Mighty Dog, You just keep hangin around The Tiger's Den. Yes that loss to AAMU was an embarassment to all TSU followers, but it was the pups only victory over the Big Cats since, Ooooh Lawd, I can't remember the last time before then that you'll won against us.
When we gave that game to you'll we immediately began urging Bill Thomas to start looking for another job. Oh you'll did beat us in Huntsville a year or two after that. Bill Thomas was still the coach. We just couldn't allow that crap to continue.

Someone tell me who's this Anthony Jones who's now AAMU's head coach? Didn't he coach at Alcorn St. no too long ago?

Looking forward to hearing from you real soon Mighty Pup.
