No P whoever the hell that damn msp1911 was referring to my original post!! I read the damn beginning wrong surely I'm entitled to make a mistake and fix it. Geesh . These damn folks that we don't even know

i have a Ruger P89 and a 38 revolver snubnose(my fav)...licensed for both.

the only time i keep them on me is if i feel a situation might be shady and may escalate..

mak ur right! sometimes its best to walk away....

but if its no way you can do that and u feel your life is being threatened by all means protect yourself!
 
I understand where you all are coming from with feeling secure! My dad is known to carry a gun around with him. I felt safe when we would travel when we were kids, because he would have his carrying case with his gun in it. I've been thinking about buying one, but I'm scared that my son would accidentally get a hold of it and harm himself or someone else in the house.

Mine too.. I have always had a bad temper. I was afraid to get a gun for years because of the temper although I was on the rifle team in high school. I finally had to buckle down and buy one after my building caught fire a few years ago. I had this gut feeling that the contractors would come back and try to steal what wasn't damaged during the fire. I bought a 9mm at a gun show here in Houston. I use it for home protection only, maybe that time will come soon when I think I am comfortable enough to keep it on me. TSUalum05, will be needing you assistance soon on the class.
 
I'm to young and irrational right now to have a gun.

I remember in jr high I got into a fight with this big azz dude and we got in trouble. My mom saw the size of the dude and when I got home she told me to carry a sharpie pen and get em off me next time that happen cuz the size difference was ridic. (she act like didnt say that these days tho lol) Well...in my head I was like a pen? yea right...I went and got me that young switch blade..and was going to school wishing that a nicca would lol
