Troy Mathieu Resigns as Athletic Director of D.C. Public Schools

Troy had Grambling in DISD's backpocket if any coach chose to use him....Michael Crabtee's (1st round draft pick) dad called him once when they thought they could not make it into Texas Tech and asked about enrolling him at Grambling

Brockeith Pane, a DISD hoopster who was hell as a freshman at UH but left last year, had a legitimate shot at GSU if they contacted him

The Dallas Carter coach called Troy damn near twice a week every week and sent DVDs of his D-1 players for him to forward to the football staff...

----------------------------------

believe me, if Grand Prairie ISD offered any AD in the SWAC outside of two guys the opportunity Troy has, they will jump at it in an instant......you can get 15 years on that job and retire with no problems and no stress like the white folks do....life is too short for a hard job anymore unless they will pay you what it's worth

your working in state with no income taxes, great insurance plans, a progressive city and you can now be at home with your family every night in a nice home that's not overpriced like it is in DC...easy decision
