Yes.. with the transfer portal recruits now have a highschool (HS) rating and they are re-rated and given a transfer rating (T). Some ratings will be higher or lower depending on how they performed in college.

So we're going off of the current star rating for transfers ... not their old high school star rating, correct?

Yes 247 is. There were Swac schools who thought they should be ranked higher. They were unaware that those kids no longer have stars by their names.

Valley will go through it with two consecutive coaches.

You saw what happened with Hunter and his son. You are either getting 8-14 and 24 points, 4/18 for 15 with 5 TOs or 3/14 for 8 points. Ivory knows his son is a role player and won't force him to play 15-20 minutes for better players.

Hunter doesn't need to be an Alpha dog. It's not in him and has shown that for 3 years. Put him on a team with an Alpha dog or two and he could flourish
