Speaking of manning passing academy, ivy is there lol
Okay master of QB mechanics. lolAnd that is why Tebow gets the wrap he does. His mechanics. And "OUR" QBs don't come from the "Power 5 Conference".
Why did he try to change? Because his mechanics was bad. With bad mechanics, your throwing motion could be slower, balls could come out slower, lower, and just down right bad. That means more INTS, balls knocked down, or dirt balls.Tebow's problem was he listened to the NFL experts and tried to change his mechanics which negatively affected his passing accuracy and skills.
Lol!How did I know YOU'D like that name? LOL!![]()
Duhart from Alabama State is the most underrated qb in our conference. He doesnt make alot of mistakes, his athletic, and he has an arm. I believe he might be the most complete qb in our conference.
Yea man i know football and played it. Duhart i studied him his the best qb in our league right now. Gibbs from Alcorn has the legs but has trouble passing. My qb Austin Powers is talented but needs to learn his reads and protect the ball plus he cant get so crunk before a bayou classic game. Smh!! But yea Duhart has the complete package.I agree! He should be very effective in Orlando system. Under Kaiss, Duhart was very accurate in the short game. The senior and 3 year starter with 4 returning starters on the O-line, surrounded by talented play makers could give Duhart a breat out season.
Who is Austin Powers lol. Austin Howard>.Yea man i know football and played it. Duhart i studied him his the best qb in our league right now. Gibbs from Alcorn has the legs but has trouble passing. I was thinking it was his nickname for him, but it might not have been. lolWho is Austin Powers lol. Austin Howard>.
Shoot, if Howard comes out slinging TD passes like he did against Grambling, he can get as crunk as he wants. lolYea man i know football and played it. Having a strong rushing attack certainly makes playing QB easier.Gibbs we know is a great athlete but his throwing is less to be desired (but in most games he wasn't needed to throw it 40-50 times when you are cracking over 300 a game on the ground). Grambling was the only team to really slow him down (and that was only for a half)
I like Ivy but that line has to protect him or he's gonna limp through the season like last year. He definitely will be top 3 if that line play improves (which goes back to coaching. Most on here don't trust Bobby Rush). Doesn't hurt to have arguably the best WR in the SWAC on your team to throw it to
Williams could be the best overall if he repeats last year's performance. Has the rest of the SWAC caught up with them (Valley has the game plan but not the horses. Bama State and SU did)
How much of a leap has Howard is what could have him as the best QB in the SWAC. He has the targets and a good enough arm to beat most teams in the SWAC.

The JSU game he lost? Carved up?I saw flashes of this, in the JState game and UAPB game, he carved up those defense at ease, (granted folks may say the defenses were weak and I agree) but his reads in those games and how he stayed in the pocket made me a believer that he can be a force, he can be scary, it's all about letting him control the offense and those games, I think our O.C. gave him the keys..he put on a clinic those games..
Our new Oline coach is a former head coach. So at least he has the football acumen to achieve head coach status. The head ball coach has two former head coaches running his Oline and defense...
