This is where the Jackson State folks get it from (What an embarrasment!)

Didn't Kenn say threads like this would be deleted two days ago?

Only if they are not JSU threads.
These fools are actually deleting my post pointing out the fact that their pets are smacking and using banned terms like c**n. They delete my post but leave their posting, pets, post that was using c**n and smack through out the thread.

This is what I don't miss about posting to or trying to discuss things with these clownish hypocrites on the sports forum. They worse than internet troll white boys.

I remember somebody did call our players dumb...that is not a lie. See, here is yall's issue. We have been telling yall for quite some time that we are the #1 HBCU,We want to leave this conference to improve our brand, and that we are THEESHIT but yall must have thought that we were talking out of our ass. I heard the lil clip and I can see why you all are upset. It is easy to dismiss a bragger, who boasts about himself alll day long and tells you he is the shit. But, most ppl will not be able to handle an outside source validating the bragger and his claims....THAT is yalls problem. Those white folks who could give a damn about jsu knows we should leave this conference. This is killing yall aint it??? As for banned teams participating, IDGAF but I agree with THE QUEEN. A few years ago, standards were set for this conference, and we were made an example of. But now this conference is too broke to follow the rules which gives us every right to try to gtf!!!

Newsflash. I think Hampton, Howard, Morehouse, Spelman, Xavier will argue that one academically.

As for leaving to conference. I say do it. Show us how to do it. As Mighty Dog always says a lot of you don't take the financials into consideration. You have two FCS conference choices if you stay somewhat in the region and that is the Southland with McNeese St, SE LA, NW State, Sam Houston etc. The bigger schools have already departed that conference and I would not be shocked if SH State tried soon. Then you have the Ohio Valley that Tn State is in. You first got to hope these conferences want you in. Then you got to pay for it. If you move up to FBS, which is really your best option football wise. Then you have an even bigger entrance fee. The Sunbelt is the closest geographically. If you try any other conference it will cost you a lot of money just logistics wise to get your teams to the away games all year.

TP had the best proposal for leaving a long time ago. But that ship has sailed because even moving up to FBS now is super expensive and the haves are about to separate themselves even from conferences that are low tier FBS and mid level FBS to focus on the super conferences like the SEC and such. So as I said, I would love to see some HBCU do it. FAMU had a thought to do it and so did Bama State. So why not JSU. Tell the Queen to pull it off. No need of bragging to us on TSPN. Just get it done. The SWAC ain't going to fold because any one of our schools leaving. None of us are that important. Fans or no fans. But I tell you what, the Queen better have it laid out for her successor if you guys do move. She ain't going to be there forever. It ain't an overnight jump. If you moving in the next year or two, it should have already been announced like schools do when they jump conferences to get the ball rolling. So the time is now before she retires.

The Queen has a plan. We won't make foolish jumps like some others. It's all written in the plan.

... and as for those regional undergrad schools you mentioned.. :lmao:

Regional my arse TP. As much as I can't stand some of them arrogant folks from some of those schools. They have national cred. You can talk that mess if you like. But them mofos got way more name recognition academically than our schools in our conference including yours overall. Now if you break it down by disciplines then we have a lot of schools in the conference getting their love. PV, SU, and AAMU still going to get Engineering love Nationally with those core Eng majors of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Every school has their niche. I have been in the job world a long time and in the technical side of the game, I see certain HBCUs. Yeah Morehouse and Spelman just propel you to great Grad programs. As do Xavier. But they are damn good at it. Can't hate on that. I know you want too.

Where is GSUPE when I need him to post? LOL.

If you want to be a journalist or a marketing director, go to Morehouse. I lived in ATL. I wasn't impressed. They do have street cred because they are private schools but they are STILL undergrad institutions. They used to have to come to Tech to use good facilities.. LOL As for Engineering, JSU has entered the game. We have PhD programs that probably now exceed those of most HBCUs and I don't know of many other HBCUs offering biomedical engineering. All we don't have is chemical engineering but I am sure it's on the way.

jsu isn't going anywhere. Their only other option is the SIAC and they would not be able to handle the travel cost. Hell, they could barely afford to be in the SWAC. However, if you let TP tell it, they are a heartbeat away from being an elite ACC institution.

No need to brag....it will happen at some point. I see we got yall calling her The QUEEN lolol

Planning like that takes more years than the Queen has left to work. Just look at other schools with more resources who have moved from conferences. And if they leave early they pay an exit fee on the way out. It is not as easy as folks think it is. That's why it will be imperative if the Queen wants JSU to move athletically before she leaves, the game plan should be out in the public and notice submitted to the SWAC of the intentions unless yall going to join the MEAC. Which again, the logistics would be nightmarish without having to fly to some games. More planning that take years of doing to make those type of moves. The next President and AD will have to see it through if TP is right and said it is written in a plan already. If you leave for the Southland then I will really be upset that yall sold yourselves to a conference that got schools like Nicholls State barely staying open and they are white. LOL. The OVC and the MEAC are stable conferences but you know it will be a cold day in hell before the MEAC asks JSU to join. They don't want that kind of travel either. Not the upper Atlantic MEAC schools. The problem is there are just not many conferences out there. You better be careful she don't get you in a conference and things go so bad that your fans do not show up at any events because of the years it will take to adjust. Tenn State has not exactly dominated the OVC. Only winning the conference twice since joining in 1988. Both were under LC Cole in 98 and 99 which led to playoff berths. Since then they just finished 2nd this past year and got a playoff berth. Now you know Tenn State is pretty good at taking care of business on and off the field and it took them from 99 to 2013 see another FCS playoffs. They are the benchmark HBCU that plays in a white conference. It may be better for JSU to be independent in football and then find a conference basketball wise. The options are few no matter how smart and savvy the Queen is. That's no knock on her. Just the landscape of college sports now. Now if you go FBS then we all will be rooting for you. Somebody got to do it. But moving to another FCS football conference is not going to help you other than get you in eligible playoff conference. If that is the goal. Then I suppose the Southland, OVC or MEAC is your destination.

The cost thing is the big deal. Just not many conferences close to Jackson Ms to choose from. You also got to get an invite. The Southland has been adding teams since folks left. They may be interested in JSU. But to me outside of the playoff scenario. He don't do much for them otherwise. But it would make logistical sense with most of the schools being in Arkansas, Texas, and LA. It would be easier for JSU to win/travel in that conference versus the OVC or MEAC. The MEAC don't want any of our schools and the travel is too much, with Del State, Howard and Morgan State way up the seaboard.

Is Jrock "flaming"? :uhoh:

There is no "flaming." Had Jamaal called your president a quack you people would be asking for his head. You people have no back bone to allow this to happen with no resistence. As a matter of fact you people are using this as something to be proud of........It is just disgusting to see this man chump you all.......
