Chavez sure as hell wasn't a 1-9 team either. At least under their old coach they had a fighting chance. Under Bell they scored a total of 54 points the entire year.

Man, that game i watched still gives me nightmares.

Robber watch this!

Do you know what class those last five teams were in? Do you know anything about (Jack)Yates, Bellair, and Lamar? These are some of the better teams in Houston usually. They are not in the same class as Chavez. Austin was also about two classifications above Chavez.

Dude, Bell could not coach. Go back to the first games of the season. Then go find the classifications for those teams and their records. The Yates game......:smh: I won't even tell you what he tried to do..... :shame:

Mikey wants to know if know what class Yates, Lamar and Bellair are in. Lemme see . . .

CLASS 5 A: REGION 3 (57)

District 17 - Houston Austin, Houston Chavez, Houston Milby, Houston Sam Houston, Houston Washington, Houston Yates

District 18 - Houston Bellaire, Houston Lamar, Houston Madison, Houston Westbury, Houston Westside, Houston Worthing
Texas Class 5A Districts

Yeah, Mike. I know what class those 3 schools are in. They are in the same Got Dayum Class, and virtually the same Got Dayum division as Chavez. Again, you further prove that you have no clue about what you're talking about. Stick to repeating what somebody told you, kid. You'll be better for it. You even said that Austin was "about 2 classifications above Chavez." Again, Austin is not only in the same class, but the same division. Just like Lamar. But hey, maybe you meant they were classes above Chavez in talent.   If so, then I agree.

'thrilla,

How you gone leave your boy hanging like that. I know you knew better than what Mike was posting.

This is s _ _.

He means class as for as in "caliber of skill", not "AAAAA classification."

The Bucs and Raiders are in the NFL, just like the Cardinals are. But the Bucs and Raiders are considered to be in a different class.

Lamar and Yates are traditonally strong programs. Bellaire is kind of sorry now, but they still play in a much better league than Chavez does. 18-5A is much, much stronger than 17-5A.

I did allow for that remote possibility. I doubt it though. But, this IS Mike we're talking about. Nice attempt to throw your boy a lifeline, though. His first sentence was "Do you know what class those last five teams were in?" Don't sound like "skill level" to me. Sounds like A, AA, AAA, AAAA, or AAAAA classes to me.

But I thought Chavez was this all powerful team the year before Bell took over. Now y'all saying they had to play some powerhouses, and that's why they were getting their heads beat in those games I posted. They were real good according to y'all, until I posted some hard facts that they sucked. Y'all been running that "they were a playoff team" bull for the longest. Didn't mention that they were a less than average team . You spin it to sound like Bell took over a juggernaut. Bell got the scraps of a horrible team. They sucked before Bell and they sucked with Bell.

Robber, since you have their 2001 schedule, please post the results from their first five games. Also add up the number of points they scored in 2001 and compare it to the 54 they scored in 2002.

The team go worser when Bell arrived. One and gotdamn nine worser.

I don't need to do all that, son. I've made my point, and that was that y'all lying about how good Chavez was the year before Bell got there. But they were 4-2 before those games I posted.

Thank you Thrilla!

I think Robber was trying to twist this while I was asleep. I see he went to find the info. Good!

Robber, I can try and get you a copy of your coaches season. You will have to sign a notarized letter saying that after I send it to you that I'm not responsible for you walking up to Culberson and Kicking his arse and/or you cutting your wrist.

Dude ain't no head coach. You will see.

Chavez 0 Washington 44

Chavez 30 Austin 18

Chavez 0 Bellair 12

Chavez 16 Yatez 59

Chavez 0 Lamar 47 (playoffs)

Wow, somehow the facts always seem to surface. This is the top notch Texas team yall were talking about....that top Texas playoff team that was outscored 170-46 in its last 5 games.

And didnt BT change his tune soon after the facts came out?

Lamar and Yates are traditonally strong programs. Bellaire is kind of sorry now, but they still play in a much better league than Chavez does. 18-5A is much, much stronger than 17-5A.

Hey BT....this is not what you were saying before. You were contending that Chavez was real nice program and Bell took them to the dumps. Why are you changing your tune now? Now there is a huge difference between 18 and 17A? If thats the case, wouldnt that prove our point that Bell was in a hopeless situation?

Now BT has been broken down to adding up scores only for certain time periods(Southernese Logic). Hell, we can see from the scores above that they only scored 46 points in their last 5 games.

You guys get in bed together again and when your theories are BLOWN out of the water, you change the rules.

Now:
Uuuuh, they were in a different division
Uuuuh, they were in a lower class
Uuuuh, add up their scores for the first part of the year
Uuuuh, 18A is wwwaaaay stronger than 17A
Uuuuh, the "caliber of skill" in 18A is like the "caliber of skill" between the Cowboys and the Mets if you throw in the Yankees and the Lakers with the Marlins.

Yall are bouncing around more than Serena Williams :p

Face it.....yall in trouble
The best talent in BCF mixed with the best coaching in BCF equals BCF domination by JSU

Hey BT

Arent you just mad cause the Mafia embraced their new coach and were not disappointed in the pick? Werent you miffed cause we didnt call get on the board cussing our coach calling him a c**n and saying that he cant do anything for our school?
Didnt you guys expect us to disappointed and upset and you were confused when we actually started bragging on the coach that is going to be the best coach in BCF?

Maybe if we had made a statement like this one:

James Evans Sr. might well end up being a decent coach, but at the end of the day he will still be a c**n coach. And if my 27 years on the planet has taught me anything it's that c**n coaches wont get you to the next level. Our last coach was a c**n coach........... c**n coaches dont win playoff games. c**n coaches don't maximize their overall talent level. c**n coaches don't field teams that are disciplined

bornthrilla on the Smalls hire [/ size]

....you would be happy.

But we didnt. We supported our coach, we listened to what he had to say, we listened to his plan, we actually watched his practice and his actions, and we were impressed.

We didnt watch our coach recruit for the competition. We didnt watch our coach not have the organizational skills to not even put together a spring game. Our coach didnt embarrass us by saying that he has been at the school for weeks, but hasnt even been organized enough to get somebody else to watch the recruiting tapes. Oh Well....at least he got some players from Ga. that were thinking about going to Morehouse.

I can assure you of this....if Smalls were our coach, we wouldnt be this excited. If Jones were our coach, we wouldnt be this excited. I can go on and on.

This is going to be soooo sweet.

Sorry Dances, but the Clarion Ledger paints a different picture:

.

THE official press conference announcing James Bell's hiring as the Jackson State football coach was held Monday at 11:30 a.m.

By then, several e-mails had already been zapped into this office.

One called athletic director Roy Culberson's choice a "terrible, stained and shameful mark on the history of Jackson State University."

Another called for JSU fans to join forces for a rally next month to "save JSU from the evil spirits."

<img src="http://www.okemosweb.com/ghostbusters/images/bevel_gblogo.gif" width="250">

People have different opinions about coaches when they are selected. Since JSU folks have proven to be independent thinkers, some poeple disagreed with the choice. Im sure this was before they got a chance to see where the program is going now.

Now....Can you answer what YOU said. These are YOUR words.

And they are harsh and sad.

Dances, you're doing it again. You know how I said your only smack strategy is to ask a dumb question, get an answer, ask the same dumb question, get the same answer, and just continue the cycle over and over and over again?

Dude, how is it possible that a college educated man can be this horrible at reading. Didn't you just pose this same exact line of questoning to me on the meacfans board a few weeks ago, and made me pubilcly embarrass you and run you off?

How can you not remember that?

http://www.meacfans.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=005640

BTW: How can you boldly state that JSU fans were happy with the Bell hiring and supported the coach, and then when I went behind you and posted the real newspaper article, you went and changed that to "some poeple disagreed with the choice."

LOL! Ok, now the truth finally comes out.

Dude, Lobo fans didn't just "disagree with the choice", they clearly and pubicly stated that they thought his 1-9 azz was the devil. They said that he was a shameful mark on the history of JSU football.

Listen man, you wouldn't keep making a complete azz out of yourself like this if you just stop lying from the beginning.

Tell the truth and shame the Bell.

'thrilla,

You keep posting that quote from the Ledger as if whoever said speaks for all JSUers. The vast majority are with Bell. But we got mind of our own, so not everybody is happy. What's so hard to understand about that??? This is like you trying to make everybody believe that Chavez was some powerhouse before Bell got there, when in reality they were getting kicked to sleep. But I forgot, those schools were of higher "caliber of skill" than Chavez. As if that's what Mike meant.

Mike,

You know damn well you thought Chaves was a 3A school playing 5A schools. I know you meant it, too. Otherwise, you woulda simply said that Lamar, Yates Austin and Bellair simply had better athletes and were too damn strong. Instead, you chose "higher classification".

Dude, this article was published immediately after Bell was named head coach. Everyone from JSU was upset about the process in which Bell was hired.... even some Mafia members.

At the time, JSU fans hadn't even gotten a chance to sit down and listen to Bell and see what he had to say. The anger was toward Culberson, not Bell.

But since we've gotten to hear the man out (Bell), the majority of JSU supporters are extremely pleased with the hire though. If we weren't we'd make it known. We never tried to sugarcoat our opinion about Hughes.

BT

You have never ever ever run me from anywhere. I left the MEACFan page cause its boring as hell. You are the one that left TSPN after not wanting to answer questions about why you called Smalls a c**n.

Now you can continue to try and take things out of context and mix things up for your fabricated smack, post your ghostbusters pictures, and then post :lmao: after everyone elses post....but just like you said, we are all college graduates and we see right thru you kid.

You keep posting what some of our fans said right after Bell was hired, and I support that persons right to feel that way. But why wont you answer what YOU said about YOUR coach.
