chest, back, bi-s & tri-s yesterday, squats, lunges, calves, leg machines today.

Gotta fresh pair of running shoes (New Balance) to break in, maybe sometime over the weekend.
 
I ran 7 miles on Tuesday night.


How did the 10K go Silentrage?

I did it! :flippy:

It wasn't too hot out, but it was crowded! 55,000 participants. The winner finished the route in about 28 minutes. Um, it took me 1 hour 14 minutes. But this was my first ever 10K, so I'm just glad I did it and completed the race. :tup:

I did a 3 mile run this morning.

My mid-section is extremely sore. I did abdominal work on Monday and Tuesday in addition to the weights and cardio and i am paying for it now. It hurts when I sneeze.
 
I need to get back into working out. Maybe when I do, the endorphins will keep me stimulated to want to work out.
