The Salt-N-Pepa Show???...

They could be in their 40's. I always thought spin was about 35 or 36. I figured Salt and Pep had to be at least 39...but like you said...they could still get it. I still remember what Pep did with the  on The Surreal Life. She got skills!

:ebrow:

Salt and Pepa are 2 years older than me. So that makes them 43 this year. Spin is the younger one. She is around 36 or so. I remember her replacing the original Spin after the first album. Salt, Pep, Kid and Play and their manager Herbie "Love Bug" Azor were all buddies back in the mid 80s.

I wonder what this ugly guy would say about Pepa if she was on her show. What would her name be?

Yes Lawd....they still got "IT"......my older sis had a friend that looked like Pepa when we were growing up......only diff....she rocked that short on one side-long on the other "Wave Noveau"....I still got a crush on that woman.....:swink:

The nose jobs have done them pretty good. I wish Pep would loose some of the weave. Salt has always been a cutey to me.

They had their noses done? Wow

I like the one where Iyana was on there "healing" their relationship. Glad Iyana brought the fact out to Pepa that she doesn't need Salt to make it!

didn't see that episode, but she was right for telling pepa that. Every episode I tune into, it's always about Salt not wanting to do something - which she has the right to. Pepa and Salt (Cheryl and Sandy) have different lives now and Cheryl needs to respect that.

They really are too old to be doing some of that stuff they used to do. I think Salt has outgrown Salt n Pepa. I feel bad for Spin. They treat her like a step child.

Hell yeah she has outgrown Salt N Pepa, she's just in the show for the money. She declines everything Pepa wants to do.

Listening to some of that shat Pep spits out...heck I'd decline it as well. Ain't they nearing 40s? Not 20s!

I believe there is an age gap between them and Spin. They still treat her like the baby of the group and she is too let them know, "I ain't that kid anymore!" Looks like she has a happening club in Atlantic City!

I'm a "Salt". :lmao:

Don't make Salt into the bad guy. She doesn't do certain things anymore and that is the reason why we don't hang with certain people no mo'!!!

Her problem is that she doesn't listen very well. You can tell she's trying to learn how to do that with the counselling, but she still has a lot to learn. Remember, she did a lot of writing and planning for the group, so she was the "mother figure".

People grow up and apart. Life is what it is...some of us learn it sooner...others later...ala Pep (but dayum...she got a 17/19 y-o son).

Spin has always been my fav. Sad to see they still treat her like a kid.

Overall, they need this healing. Kudos for even owning up to trying to make things right!!!

Surely beats watching those other goofy reality shows like "My Fair Brady"!!

And another thing....

Salt's ol man did his part at the sweet 16 b-day party. He manned the door and questioned every futha mucka coming in...

You 17/18? Let me see your ID. He handled his....

It's the Salt-n-Pepa show...not the Salt-n-her man-n-Pepa Show

:retard: :dead:

Nearing 40s? They are smack dab in the middle of their 40s. Heck I am 41 and they are few years older than me. At least 2.

I shole do love me some Salt though. :ebrow:

I agree w/you all...Salt has most definitely outgrown Salt n Pepa and she has moved on w/her life.

 Exactly! When they went on their retreat, she stated, "What if I wanted to be a minister or a life coach" She is definitely hearing something from God.

Pepa...*sigh*...looks like she can be fun to hang with every blue moon, but she doesn't know the boundaries. She goes to far. As the show progressed, she had good intentions, but just didn't know the right avenue to take.

I was cracking up when they went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. Pepa didn't learn anything from Ilyana because she was still trying to pull stunts on Salt.

I hope that's an act Pepa is putting on. At times, she appears clueless. And she has no control over her son at all.
